Let me just say that I run the company in a pretty straightforward manner.

The tone of the company is sincere and candid, and the style of the management is to be accessible to and open with all relevant stakeholders all the time.

I've even made my room at the company quite transparent, with glass walls and all that . . .  so that everyone can see what I am up to at any given moment. [Ok, one confession: I take occasional Sajha breaks during lunch time, while munching on sandwiches :-)] 

I'm quite comfortable with this approach.

If I were you, I would NOT run after these "Indian embasy" rumors about Himalmedia. The company is NOT on anyone's payroll. Period.

I know this, because I go through the finances every other day. 

Having worked for international development agencies before (where I did not have to even think about earning money from any competition in the marketplace), I can tell you that running a private company to raise reveneues from the market so that they exceed the costs is a PRIORITY I am focused on, day in and day out.
