It is staight stupid idea to  give them academic  certificate of MA,  MS or whatever master level.  Where is Baburam's wisdom gone???  I guess it is gone to jungle again?  Come on!! let's be real, you guys know how hard it is to get education?   I feel sorry for this stipidity!!!
