This Brain drain can be a serious problem for country like Nepal. Lets not just talk about doctors. Most of the intellectual people are not willing to stay in Nepal. Either they are coming as a Skilled Migrant or coming for their higher education and never returning to the country. Unless there is a government with a very strict rule, maintaing peace and security, having lots of job opening, this Brain drain will not stop. At least for a decade or so there is no chance of forming such a government in Nepal. No any hope for better Nepal.
