Nothing against Nepal Samvat but don't you all think that changing all this calender is goanna cost money, lots and lots of money. Money, that can be spent on many other good causes like education, poverty etc. Excuse me for sounding little arrogant but honestly I don’t give a damn if my birthday is celebrated in lunar or solar calendar.
We don’t have enough electricity to celebrate our festival of lights Dipawali, don’t have enough cooking gas on Dashai, in most part of Katmandu there shortage of water, still many people have to buy gas(petrol) in black market and half of country (Terai) is still facing insurgency.
