husband came to US on F1 and still maintaining the same status. wife applied F2, rejected. Re-applied to attend graduation, rejected. Now, applied F1 to do MBA. All the documents are good. alltogether, 77K in bank. good enought to support all the academic expenses.
But, visa rejected.
and the reason was:
i) wife want to comeover to see husband
ii) she may not study.
i don't know the next step. what u guys think. i heard in the case of UK visa, we may take some legal action. how about US?
for me, both reason does not make sense.
i) no wonder wife and husband would like/love to stay together
ii) academically she is fine and she got the acceptance letter from the Univerisity for MBA.
What u guys think????????
