I recently opened an account with Hamrotel and deposited $20. through Paypal but they did not send me an access #. I called them they don't pick up phone. I sent an email and they sent me an email back with some access numbers for  some states but not for the state of Florida. They don't even have a Toll free number to use their service. In order to call Nepal, every time I have to use a long distance just to connect one of  their access numbers and then only I can call Nepal. It just SUCKS!  Of course, their 7.5 cents per minute to landline to Kathmandu sounds good  but the connection is very bad. I wil use their service if they can give me a toll free # and improve in their quality.
