I tried to purchase a card from hamrotel yesterday as refered by one of my friends but had a really bad experience. They charged my card but never sent me  the PIN number. I tried calling their  customer service but nobody answers and you are directed to their voice mail every time you call. Not only this, they have not replied my email in over 72 hours now. They do not have any posted hours for the customer service and no matter what time of the day you call you are always directed to their stupid answering machne.

It was just a big time ripp off and not much you can do about it. I just lost 5 bucks and 2 -3 hrs out of my busy schedule for nothing but disappointment. So I personally feel that this site should be flagged and i want everybody to think twice before even thinking about this so called hamrotel.

Once again they have the worst customer service i have ever seen and i don't think they will last very long.
