I know they are so hard but not impossible. My husband did that evaluation. For him, we called Nepal and they send attested copies(from jamal at that time). One more thing, with attested copies of you transcripts, you have to send WES evaluation form . You need stamp on that form. You need to pay nrs 50 in jamal bank and you know the long lines in Nepal right. So send someone who has patience to do that, the one and only man who does sign overthere is Mr. Purosottam.
