Favre, Looks like you have a vast amount of knowledege on religions and so on.....I am sorry I am a computer guy, and I never enjoyed religiosn topics.......

                  But What is wrong here If I ( or any Nepali) don't eat beef becoz of his religious belief. How does this make him ;so called by you ' a lower degree of extremisim' . It's my born right to practice the religion of my choice. I am not aganist any Muslims who doesn't eat pork. If any Nepali say " chi gaio ko masu" this doen't mean he /she is extremist. They are conveying their message that I don't eat beef or at least we were brought up that way. However, I agree with you when there was time when People who thought eating beef was a crime and sin. Hey, Are we talking about our grandpa's time. "NO" we not. At this present where people are literate, there are not so many who things eating a beef a crime or sin. U know that u alwys find someone who alwys belongs on the other side. Talking about PashupatiNath, things have changed. "Changes" need time. Its a slow process.

              I am simply saying that the way we grew up, and all those traditions and cultures are hard to give up quickly. And one thing for sure...........I believe in Actions not what people think. Thinking can be a momentary, triggered by various surroundings; Actiosn are forever. I will say this again -- " I am not aganist any religion or any Muslims or at lesat in this case Paki, I am aganist their actions, the things they do in the name of religion, whether its killing people, thinking their religion is superior, or making their wife wear burkh, or all those they do to suppress rights of individuals......And in this case bragging about hitting a Nepali girl.........
