keko musalte le napiune ni? sala haru tanna piuchhan. ajha modern dekhauna lai kati piuchhan.

But I agree with dyamn that we need to teach our children not to cross the line. I once overheard a father of a Nepali girl in the USA saying a graduate student (relatively old) in my university that he wished his daughter had married a Nepali man (married a gore), and it was a very surprising admission from a father.

Ani, kathmanduma parents harule chhoriharulai nasikaune raichha ki kya ho. kamsekam they should say something like 'we are proud Nepali, Nepali are the greatest race, we must work hard, and accomplish something before even thinking about marriage...' chhorilai college pathaeko chha, kehi sikaeko chhaina, they don't even look at their own daughter's website in my opinion. The girl I talked about, and from my school, used to post photo with that musalte (agaalo mareko photo). I don't know if her parents see that (they are wealthy and I am sure they have computer at home) . Probably they didn't care.
