Yeah, bro, if you do so.. you are right 98% increase.... but you forgot the fugging fundamental thing in economics..... convert those incomes from NRs to US$.. then you will get the true picture.

1995/6's  NRs 7690 is US$150 (go and find yourself the historical x-change rates at www .x-rates.com, 1US$ = NRs 51)

2003/4's NRs 15,162 is US$ 194 (1 US$ = NRs 78.05)

You idiot, there is no increase in Nepalese's income. The reason is 2003's US $ 194 would be almost same or even less than 1995's US$150, if you are to take inflation rates into consideration.
