I remember my mom cooking maseura
first light fry maseura in oil( not complete fry, then add gundruk and fry may be 2-3 minutes, then add water to make enough soup.
or to make alu tama maseura
lightly fry maseura, add tama and fry 2-3 minutes then add potato again fry 2- 3 mins then add vijaqyeko bodi and finally add water to ur liking. u can add tomatoo etc to it
that was what almost 13 yrs ago i saw, i think will work
