"I and my party" takes the whole credit for all changes that the country had. I don't know what exactly a prime minister is supposed to present in his UN speech, but the first paragraph of his speech looks like a part of speech made by a party chief in his party's general convention, not acknowledigng, even in the slightest, the role of all others who helped to bring about this change. No wonder, it's  Nepal, and a commie leader..
