I believe he spoke for nearly 30 minutes at The Asia Society, from where most came out very impressed. I wasn't there, but heard that he answered questions in a to-the-point manner, without the usual latar-patar that can be expected from Nepali leaders. All I am saying is that to be able to articulate one's thoughts well and speak them proficiently is a good (beginning) change.
