Life as a Runway | Eccentric? You Want Eccentric?

Under the tents during Fashion Week, designers labored strenuously to give the crowds a show of eccentricity. But their efforts paled alongside those of the spectators, for whom fanning out one's feathers has become a fiercely competitive sport.
