San:

As administrator of a popular Nepali site you now hold some responsibility toward Nepalese who have begun to use this site for good and not so good reasons and you should use your best judgement to start policing users or do it on the basis of negative flags (add on feature) received by users.

NAS has been instrumental in possibly drawing many users to this site with his semi nude turned nude pictures. He has been arragont (no offence buddy) about his presence may be because of the leverage he had with you for many hits to the site. I have nothing against NAS other than his arrogant presence and viewed his albums but watched it go out of hand. I often thought, what's up with San to allow this. Does he need it? It was way out of hand when you had those little snippets on the home page. But I watched hoping you would realise and I guess many complained and you have taken the long due measures to make Sajha more family friendly.

I'm sure NAS is a great arrogant guy. His early pictures of family and friends with nice captions were amusing and I hope he goes back at it instead of going dirty though I might enjoy it. There is a place for everything isn't it? If he were to continue trying to create the impression that he is San, I think he should have to change his user name because I know this issue will creep up again in future. And with many new users joining the site you would not have to find a time and place to come up with explanations. Such resemblace when it becomes a problem should be solved by having NAS change his name and you as adminstrator should be able to do so.

I think Sajha is great site but needs a makeover. With many Nepalese coming to the United States every day or probably every semester this site can be a good resource. There are several ways to make this site more resourceful. Why don't you think big of the many ways you can use this site to help Nepalese and make it the homepage on every Nepalese computer. The time has come for the site to take off, after being on the runway for too long. I am hoping you will find the time to explore them instead of giving explanations.
