One of  my  friend  lost  his social security card . He is  in  USA as  an International  student. I googled to find  out way to   get replacement of SSN  , Could not  find  exact way    for  replacement   for  international student . Any one  got solution for this problem.  how can  he apply for  replacement    of SSN.?
