Besides few trainings given by small and cottage industry dept, some good people led by Haribhakta Upadhaya have also started one private institute to give the training on gemstone enrichment. I don't know how far this institute has been able to work on its objective but this kind of institutes will be helpful to prepare skilled and semi skilled human resources required for this gemstone industry.
