.

insanely psycho, it is depression. I know it hurts so bad, sadly very few people in our culture recongnize that it is a disease and it needs treatment and care.

The wrost thing about depression is, it takes away all energy, motivation and spirit. If you are under some medication, talk to your doctor for alternate medicine with less side-effect. If it is caused by other personal situation, try to get rid of it.

It can be controlled, if not in chronic states. Some tips:

1.  Share with your people - Yeah, with your people. There must be some good understanding people in your family or friend circle, who will understand what you are saying. Dont hide your problem. But don't tell it to everybody. You might think your people dont like you, but it is not true. If you have not told them your problem, how can they know why you look so dull, sad, dry and rude like .. all the time ? Speak up. It makes you feel better.

Stand straight up, raise your head straight, look at your friend's eyes when you talk with him. Make strong voice. no one gonna do anything with you..

2. Sun light! Sun light!! Sun light -  Dont sit alone in a room. Step out, with a bottle of water and your book and music. You feel odd initially but who cares.. Get yourself exposed in sunlight at day time..

3. Music does the magic - Music is a great healer and mood booster. Play your any favorite songs ( those which are pleasent to ears). It also distracts negative thoughts from comming to mind.

4. Drink  lots of water : Dehydration enhances depression. Get a big bottle of water with you so that you can drink when you feel.

5. Good break fast - Avoid fat/oliy/sweet. Try to get as good as possible what you can manage in quality and quantity. Even though you feel not to eat anything, never skip breakfast.

6. Enough sleep. - switch off mobile, use earplug (if your room-mate / kids, ceiling fan, nearby tea-shop makes noises ;)), it is already midnight.

7. Regularly do some aerobic type activities - paly football/baketball/tennis/swimming or cycling at evening or go to gym or something. It releases natural morphin in your brain which kills your pain.

8. Keep changing. Change your bed setting. Room setting. Change the location of study table. Change the direction of orientation of bed in your room. This might sound strange but it brings pleasing effect.

9. Answer phone calls. Dont distract yourself. Ok. lets start it now. Pick up your phone now. And call your friend who you have not talked for some days.. Talk whatever .. or even say you not feeling good these days. Dont speak exactly you are feeling depressed if you dont trust him/her.. but try to know how he behaves if he knows you are not ok.

10. Do some pranks/crack silly jokes/ fool close friends, call some of your friend with hidden number and fool him/her .. do some healthy fun... unblock your shyness/fear slowly.

11. If you see someone expressing is problem in a group, listen.. analyze how he is presenting it, how others are reacting it. And imagine, could you do that if you were in his position ?

12. Almost 95 percent of stress originate from prosponding your work. Dont say i will do in one hour..or little bit later..  or i will do it tomorrow. No Execuse Do it now. If you finished eating, clean now. clean kitchen, plates now. It takes some energy initially but make this habit.

... the list goes on..

just dont keep yourself in bed all time, go out, listen music, try to be with other people.. it might work.
