I was wondering if anyone would suggest a good phone card company website to call pokhara. I know lot of phone cards website provide lot of minutes for Kathmandu but  not pokhara. I had been using www.telnepal.com for three years though they only gave me 15-20 minutes for pokhara but recently they have been really fallen part and pain in my ass. First of all, whenever I call my home at pokhara the phone card voice machine keep on saying that the international call was not successful so the person couldn't be reached. On top of that, whenever I make any attempt, my minutes are used for the call that was not successful.

I do not usually bitch about anything that happens in my life. Shit happens. People make mistakes and no body is perfect. Keeping that in mind, I continued using their card that they made mistake and they might have fixed it now. But I am now fed up as my last attempt was the fifth one within two months.  Last time I called,  it took me at least 7 attempts to make a successful phone call and the quality of the phone card was poor.  In addition to that, I could hear my parents speaking but they could not hear me and I was able to speak for only 8 minutes. That totally pissed me off. When I entered toll free number and pin number, it said  that I can talk for half an hour but it ended up being 8 minutes. I also called the customer service of telnepal.com but they apologized saying that it was not their fault but Nepal telecommunications fault. But how come only your phone cards have issue with the Nepal telecommunications not others?

Now I think it's time for me to move on another good phone card company so I need ya's help for another good phone card company website which will provide me good quality minutes and not charge me for the call that was not successful. If the owner of telnepal.com is also looking at this thread, I know you would come up with an excuse but hey I gave you chance for five times and you guys had the same problem. So no excuses are acceptable.

Last but not least, I don't wany any owners of phone card company to come up with their website so they can make good business out of it. I want the sajha users and people like me who make hard earned money to suggest me a good phone card website and tell their experience about it. SO PHONE CARD COMPANY OWNERS, F$$K OFF.
