yeah u can take vit. B complex after meal coz different vit Bs like B1,B2,B6 etc are essential to gain energy from different substances we take (eg. fat , protein). Due to the deficiency of Vit. B , we suffer from headache , loss of concentration and so on. Loss of apptetite CAN also be caused due to Vit B deficiency. So it does not harm taking this complex. Overdose of vitamines are normally excreted after filtration through kidneys.But normally we don suffer from vit B deficiency coz normal and regular foods what we take everyday contain enough amount of this vitamin.
