No1..the best way to kill them is ... pose as a journalist hide the bomb inside your camera..try to interview them and when you get the chance ..big bangggggggggggggggg....all gone... as simple as that ..

No2....what about sniper? I think its easy to kill them specially in cities like kathmandu, birgunj, butwol, nepalgunj...hire a man and van..make a small hole at the back of van for bullets to come through and pull the trigger from inside as you encounter your target ...damnnnn sounds easy aint it ? :p
