keta ho never get scared of dhoti just bcoz u are working with no papers.. they are doing it illegally too so ur employer ud get scared tooo...... never be afraid to fight  any dhoti or anyone if they  ...nothin will happen unless anyone press charges..... if anyone press charges you still can fight on court..

so never bow ur head in front of anyone...Again ...dnt talk in Hindi with dhotis... indian restuarent is not the only place to work without papers..you can fine chinese ,koream and other bastards tooo work with tooo...
