GET PATAK'S CURRY PASTE (IT IS IN GLASS BOTTLE AT INDIAN STORE),
ADD TWO OR THREE BIG TABLE SPOON TO YOUR CHICKEN HOWEVER YOU ARE COOKING (IT DOESNT MATTER)
PUT GOOD AMOUNT ONION GARLIC GINGER AND TOMATO PASTE (CONCENTRATED ONE IS IN CAN AND GIVES YOU THE BEST COLOR FOR YOUR CHICKEN CURRY)
DICED TOMATO AND CILANTRO IS GIVES GOOD ADDITIONAL LOOK
SQUEEZE LIME AT THE END FOR THE TANGY TASTE.
MAKE SURE YOU FRY THE CHICKEN FIRST AND THEN PUT THE PASTE AND GREEN CHILLIES RED CHILLIES AND ALL THEN ADD THE VEGGIES.
