"Just for example, if a firm or company is owned by one of SXV, if you are not SXV irrespective your talent you will probably loose that job. Ask you friends and relatives if they have ever come across situation like this. They are in a way trying to create like their own “Skull and Bone Society” or please correct me if I am wrong????"

On what basis are you making this claim?? Just because you are not from SXV you dont get a job or you get fired? Where did you hear that?

While I concede that your notion is correct, I disagree to what you said in that phrase. You guys arguing from both sides have their rights and wrong. Just because you went to one school doesn't make you better(that is correct) but so is the fact that the graduates of the so called privileged schools(was said by someone) have always had an upper hand when it comes to getting a job just due to the reputation of the school.

Yes, some graduates of those schools maybe arrogant or maybe just simply proud of their school that you are mistaking for attitude. Do not judge a school by some people's perception or attitude for that matter, judge it by the reputation it has earned over time, for what it has made of its students. Again, there will always be individuals who will far exceed others no matter what their backgrounds are. It doesn't matter what school made how many billionaires or how many social activists.
Harvard claims that they lead other school's in producing the most billionaires in the world. But they are not only ones producing the billionaires. For all I know, some of them haven't even stayed in school that much. I guess everyone would agree to the fact that Harvard is one of the best schools in the world. But even they dont have the right to claim they are "the best". With that said, Bill Gates was a college dropout from Harvard. However, if your child/brother/sister/friend got into Harvard and also into some college in Nepal where would you want him/her to go?  Its not that I am claiming a name to fame but the facets of their education is something that is so appealing to people. No wonder these so-called privileged schools are regarded one of the best in Nepal.

One school is not better than another. Education surpasses all. So please don't mutilate each other on these baseless claims.

Again to reiterate "copycat (learn from him/her)"  : ~
First step : you learn (hear/see/read)
Second Step: Frustrations- for contradicting to your existing beliefs
Third step: Acknowledgment of contradiction
Fourth Step: Logical decision
Fifth step : Implementation/realize/feel
