I think You are right 'latoboy'...'MN-Nepali' is old timer and experienced on this matter. I agree.

When I graduated, I also seeked help from him and he sound very helpful everytime. But later I dicided to join different company than he suggested. Anyway, thanks a lot MN Nepali for your suggestions.

I am NOT competing or directing anyone for anything BUT just try to help if needed.

I CAN'T compete with 'MN-Nepali' but instead I will definitely support  him looking the benefits he is offering now.
