The line below shows how sentimental and stupid people can get at times...Doesn't Obama have kids?  Why even talk about "responsible" and taking "care of something" when Obama is doing the same with his kids?  Just goes to show how much peeps value their pets over their siblings/kids/family.

Richard Powell, 79, of Spokane, Wash., whose dog passed away last fall, said if a person owns a pet, that "tells you that they're responsible at least for something, for the care of something."
