exactly mad dog!!! nepal acquired more loan during the democracy period of 14 years compared to the whole panchayat regime!!!! all the infrastructure of the country were built in panchayat sasan.......the corrupted political parties never showed interest to build the infrastructure of the country!!!!!!!
