Sabaiko Satru,
Lets put away the formula for now, and lets just talk in plain English, shall we?Formulation through formula  will come later. ( not by me though)
putting formula asides, I see several fallacies in your hypothesis or what you call conclusion:

1) Newtonian physics is not a complete physics. It's a classical physics and does not even explain electromagnetic force after max Planck's constant. All off the Quantum physics world  and its variation fields does not follow Newtonian physics.

2) The theory of everything is trying to find all the forces of the universe and how they tie-in with each other. They have tied-in all the forces except gravitational force. If you solve it, you have theory of everything. These forces will tell you all you need to know about the formation of universe. Hence, don't draw your conclusion just from Newtonian formulations

3) there you go!! Physics is not a complete science yet. All the dots have not connected yet.
So hold your horses satru, dont attempt walking on artificial satellite just yet.
You cannot come to  such grand conclusion just by looking at few formulas. Formulas are for suckers.
Most of discoveries in Physics have been done through thought experiments.
So think away.
good luck!
