He's not an indian congress leader. He's nepali congress leader, and got defeated in recent CA election. He claims to have very good relation with India. He believes that there's no greatest leader borne as Prachanda (I listened to him in BBC Nepali service). He was once slammed by Girijia for giving public interviews on his strong influenc on nepali politics.

He's an Indian doot; that's why he needs to be present in all the top meetings of Nepal.
