This is shame for Regmi Foundation and yet Nepal's peace loving people.  A party president who simply won the election does not mean that he has now become THE Gandhi and deserves such a prestigious (??) award. Prachanda's hands are not clean yet. He has not resorted violence completely.  That guy Dr. Bishnuhari Nepal, who is the chairman of the Foundation wants to become a RAJDOOT again (he was the abmassador for Japan before, I guess in UML's tenure) by doing a favor to Puspa Kamal Dahal. Dr Rimal is the same guy who was  alleged for a sexual assault to a waitress of  one of the restaurant in Nepal. The story had broken out few months ago.This is all propaganda and chakariwaj.... > This certainly hurt  Dr. Regmi's soul.
