I remeber one of my relatives travelling to US from Nepal via HKG. On the condition that the passenger uses Hongkong based airlines like Dragon Air and Cathay Pacific transit visa is not required in Hongkong. My relative used this connection and travelled safely. For passengers travelling by other airlines transit visa may be required. Pl confirm this in these Hongkong based ariline offices.
