Now country has become republic , the killing of Birendra and family is considered killing of nepali citizen and not the king.  Secondly, after 7 years , it will be very difficult to prove the case. Thirdly, who knows, may be Dipendra himself killed Birendra. and family. Let us also reopen killing of those 40 innocent live in madi where the bus was burnt alive. Infact we don't need to reopen, maoist themselves have accepted they were involved in those incidence. So as a leader of that party should prachanda be given life sentence.
