You know what i think?I think it's high time to let go of Dias.That dude has been with the team more than he should have been.He did a good job,but now is the time time for fresh face/ideas.

Okay i have played cricket in the competetive level and i know Mr. Dias.He suggestion to the players has always been "Don't play too many shots,stay on the crease.The runs will come itself"
