Try to get a job in Banking sector. Standard Chartered or Nabil have openings once a year and they take GRE type examinations to hire people, but once you get in, you are set, you will be able to work in the best environments and also get real work experience. You can then take leave of absense from your office to come and do your masters in US later and return to a better paying job.
