Maoist Supremo To Return Stolen underpants

Reuters AP, Kathmandu: Due to the huge international issue brought about by the Maoist affiliated YCL stealing school-boys' underpants, word in the political arena is that Prachanday has pledged to return all the stolen underpants within the next few days.  In addition, to avoid any more bad luck and such negative press on his party, he has solemnly agreed to sacrifice his own "dora" kattu by shredding it to bits and throwing it into the Bishnumati River after a rigorous ceremony of prayers with the high priests there.  After that, he has scheduled a stop for some halwa-swari at one of the local tea-shops.  In light of this scenario, all local tea-shop owners have allegedly been advised by the YCL to serve Prachanday the special chia (not the local one preferred by the rickshaw drivers) and it would be in their best interest to provide more halwa than what's usually served.  And the final words of the memorandum sent to these tea-stall owners mention that the bill would be reimbursed only after the budget for the undergarments is passed by the Maoist bureacracy.
