This is totally disgusting and amazing to hear that this happened in  the U.S too. I am hoping the guy will win the case and airlines industry will learn one more lesson to respect customers, not  to overload passenger beyond its capacity.

I wouldn't like to sit in restroom despite paying them good money for ticket. May be there are others too who have been treated in the same way.. they may  come fwd.  as well now. It's funny to hear, but I am sure it was definately not fun for that guy sitting there in toilet.
