I don't know about the others maobadis, but if you read Baburam's interview in the Nepali Times

he knows the problems that we face as a nation really well. Seems like urban planning was one of his areas of study, back when he used to be a student.
Unfortunately, cant say the same about other Maobadi leaders
Prachanda seems like the typical politician who cant wait to become the next P.M. or President; he is more about propaganda than substance. I read some-time back an article called 'rado communist' ( times of India or some other Indian Paper) which mocked Prachanda for the Rs.200,000 watch that he wears to keep track of time. . May sound trivial, but gives a glimpse of his personality. After-all, frugality is the mantra of communist philosophy..haina ra?
Still, with the benchmark for governance that 'educated' kangresi and yemale leaders have set, even an illiterate
maoist cadre would do better.
