Prachanda seems like the typical politician who cant wait to become the next P.M. or President; he is more about propaganda than substance. I read some-time back an article called 'rado communist' ( times of India or some other Indian Paper) which mocked Prachanda for the Rs.200,000 watch that he wears to keep track of time. .
