If we jus go wid the education then NC will have the highest number of elites ppl. it only depends upon the will of the person whether he wants to work for the country or not. as far as concerned wid the maoists members, its a fact that they hav the least number of educated members bt in some cases education might not only work. it wud be better if they also had more numbers of well educated candidates.

even if there are some well educated corrupted leaders in NC, at least there will be good debate during the formation of new plans n policies. so that there may b some chances of forming some really good laws.
