I don't know what is the criteria of being a "Role model" and I am not sure if someone wears a posh coat , might creat controvercies like this,and dismisses the idea of being one's rolemodel . I am not Bachchan fan but have you seen those celebs in Hollywood whose only mantra is " just sing bling bling". Have you ever seen them showing off their larger than life portraits posing as jesus or have you seen their gold toilet or their one of those $300,000 worth cars or bragging about their mansions??? Come on, give AB a break! As my memory tells me he is a PETA india chapter member and once given " vegetarian of the year" award. If someone is concerned about that fur then it possiblly is faux fur. We all know( most of us) what status he holds not only on his country but around the world and as far as I know he is doing his share of social work one way or another , just because he wears one fancy coat dosent mean that he's not fit for rolemodel or anything like that. Just my .5 cent.( Can't spare my 2 cents for topic like this.
