I love cooking and am a great fan of fish. Today, I have made everything ready to broil the fish. Try following if you want to enjoy too !
Fried Fish (healthy):
Get boneless flat salmona fish and chop it into small cubes.
Adds slight mustard oil (very little) and salt to your taste and little fresh lemon.
Add Shaan Lahori fish masala and another one..from the Shaan ( I forgot its name but I guess you can find it)
Slowly, mix these............ . And keep it in freez for about 30 min. After that add
Slight oil a foil (so that fish wont stick) and put the fish on that.
Broil it adjusting heat to HI and LOW depending on the situation of fish
After the piece of fish turns into redish color turn the fish and again do that for the same time... please be there to look..again and again
After you think you are done.. turn the fish to the opposite of skin facing upside and leave it in oven for about 5 min.
Serve it hot... with anything you wish to eat.
Fried Fish (unhelthy using mustard):
Here follow the same process except add gring mustard instead of shaan masala.
Then deep fry in oil.. I personally dont prefer this as its oily.
Machha ko Jhol:
Follow the same process as above (using saan masala)
take potato and chop it into long slice.. fry it in little oil (not mustard anything other will work) wiht onion and add tomato ( a bit more than usual curry)
Add salt.. and shaan masala. add little water after frying
after you think the potato curry is cooked, add more water ( for the jhol amt you need) and cook it for some more time in medium heat and adjust the taste of salt.
then finally add the broiled fish.. and boil it in medium heat for sometime
Add chopped cilentro and vinager finally.
Serve with rice and pudina and tomato achar.
