Thanks for this great info. I am graduating in Dec 08 from a US univ. Mine is masters in communication (but social science, not engineering). I have already done one masters degree (similar field that I am doing now) from TU, Nepal. I have 2 questions:
1. can I apply from my area of study? or does it need to be a STEM field?
2. Do I need to have an OPT prior beginning this process? or should have graduated to start the process?
hope to get suggestions to fit my case.. Thanks aman.
