Well dude, I would suggest you not to go for consultancies. They sucks.
Better try by yourself. I used to think like before..... consultancies were only the options, but if you think ahead and try by yourself, you'll see plenty of opportunities.
I would suggest you to try by yourself for 1-2 months. If nothing comes up your way then make them your last options. They gonna accept you anyway. So don;t rush for it give some time for your own efforts to find it by your way.
