   U r right dude.I m not a mandale, neither am i a fan of Bikram Pandey but i don't want to hesitate to appraise him in this regard that he did lot of developments in his area.I know he did all these stuffs only to get votes but thats really cool if we look from local people's perspective.If sb wants to develop my area by investing his money,I will mah vote for him.What i think is,if we people become clever to identify good candidates who can develop our area,we would be on brighter side.i am always advocating on the fact that we should judge candidate, not the party he hails from.Some of the parties may get good central leaders but the candidate in our region might be loose.We,Nepali always go after a party no matter if they have a candidate with no ability

Donn wanna talk more but I want Bikram Pandey to be active in politics in Chitwan.at least people from Chitwan-5 will get form of aids in developmental projects.
