In any valid article people want proof, and they cite reference that is why news reporters usually give first name or last name of the person who says it. I doubt the legitimacy of this statement. Date and source is very important, otherwise it is just a mangadnte kura. I don't think a communist leader like Pradeep Nepal would say such a statement.
