voting turn out was more than 60%.  even if small percentage of people were terrorized or were forced to vote for some party, we can not say majority were under such circumtances.  maoist are not only leading in rural areas but also got significant number of votes from valley so called elite area of nepal.  i did not expect maoist to win in such a huge way, but it is people's mandate.
