any idea if its NOT by this Nepal Association of Northern California (NANC) ?
I was told, they elect one of the restaurant owner and in the name of party, special events like dashain, new year, they heavily charge more than usual, saying, they serve khasi ko masu and chiura... crappp .. as if they import from Nepal. At Colorado, we have that for 10$, and yet a very well organized program.
BTW, i hear abmassador chalise is coming to motel6 where a nepali guy works, at bay area, they are charging 10$ for entrance. Have fun guys.. but be careful of those committee leaders...
