Do not skip breakfast? and should take heavy breakfast, and lunch. Not much caffeine and spice that produces heart burn. Get something snacks in your side when ever you need use it. Enough liquid may help you,( milk ).
Depending upon your age ( you can get a glucose-meter for 10 buck at rite aid) have a test of glucose too, it does not hurt to have a check.
