My OPT ends on June '08. For the CAP GAP What should I do?

Just join some cheap college or some ELS courses That provides valid 1-20   OR

Do I have to get CPT/ OPT along with 1-20...

Because Some english language institute in NYC (mainly Zoni)  issues I-20 for the Internationaaal students. So I thought, this one is easy and cheap way
