Hey PGA

I have a query . I am going to graduate as Dental Surgeon soon and defintalley i do have  to give some US licensing exam before i can practice but i am sure i can go through it. Lot of clinics are offering me the job  with good signing bonus so there is no problem of JOB. But i am worrid about H1. Is there ay kind of medical or helath related quota for H1?
